Our new built apartments are fully equipped with a bespoke kitchen. The appliances which we have chosen are Miele on the ground floor and Siemens for the rest.
These appliances include a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, integrated microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and an Elica Stone extractor with carbon filters. The kitchens also feature under-cabinet LED lighting, Silestone worktops and splashbacks.
All bedrooms such as the master and second bedrooms are fitted with highly furnished custom wardrobes and sensor lighting them. Our range of luxury bedroom furniture can also be tailor-made for you which makes it unique to you.
Modern Bathroom suites are equipped with bushed golden taps and mixers along with a vanity unit with cabinet and mirror. The bath and shower area has a glazed screen and thermostatic controller. These suits have a heated towel rail, porcelain tilling by Solus Ceramics, and a low voltage two-pin power-point.
Each property presents screwless, double-power sockets and light switches. Telephone outlet sockets and connection points are ready for television. There is featured decorative and downlighting throughout.
All the apartments and penthouses feature column radiators. A communal gas boiler is in the plant room which supplies hot water and heating. Each new home also has a separate gas boiler with a central cylinder for the hot water.
All the penthouses are leasehold and come with a 999-year lease. The properties come with a 10-year building warranty provided by Advantage.
The main entrance and common areas are equipped with motion sensor lighting. The parking area also accommodates an electric port for car charging, secure cycle parking and bin storage.
New apartments are equipped with a colour video door entry system. CCTV is covering the main entrance. There are fire-rated doors throughout the building, along with fully integrated smoke detectors and fire alarm system in all apartments.
